Second verse, bigger and better than the first. The West Virginia Deer Association is excited to announce our Second Annual Sportsman's Banquet being held at Stonewall Resort on August 17th, 2024. Come join us for an evening full of fun, food, games, live & silent auctions, bucket raffles and gun blitz. Keynote speaker will be Shon Butler from Longspur Tracking and Outfitting. A perfect kickoff to the 2024 deer season!
Event Details:
- Banquet doors/games/raffles open at 5:00pm
- Welcome message and invocation at 6:00pm
- Dinner served at 6:30pm
- Single: $60
- Couple: $85
- Youth (15 & Under): $25 - Includes dinner, youth gift bag and youth only raffle
- WVDA Sponsor: $300 - Includes 1 sponsor membership (recognition on website, social media and event), 1 dinner ticket, sponsor gift, sponsor only raffle
- Sponsor Table: $800 - Includes 8 dinner tickets, Raffle Package ($300 in tickets), 1 sponsor membership (recognition on website, social media and event), sponsor gift, sponsor only raffle
